CURRENT ADMINISTRATION OPENINGS
The “Administrative Director” position at Universal Hardwood comprises 3 main elements. To best fit our unique corporate culture, the ideal candidate is a hybrid between the classic pro-active administrative assistant, a bridge building HR person and a leadership/take charge supervisor with management skills.

1) Administrative Assistance
Administrative assistance, that is filling the void between company leadership (CEO), the book keeper ,the marketing department and the sales force (the front) .
- Has, uses and maintains a so-called “To-Do-Book”.
- Documents projects, classifies, tracks and feeds back status report on a regular basis.
- Performs typing, transcription, email, web-research, design, programming, duties as required by the following departments: sales (supportive role), marketing (reports directly to Marketing Director), repair (supportive role), referral (supportive role), CEO (Reports directly to CEO).
- Drafts financial, statistical, narrative, and/or other reports as requested.
- Actively develops and maintains system procedures plus documents them (system manuals).
- Arranges, participates in, and implements meetings.

2) Human Resources Coordination In order to contribute, create, maintain a healthy corporate culture active Human Resources is needed.
- Train employees (language engl/span., business, communication, procedures, overcome personal weaknesses)
- Monitor proper implementation of company procedures.
- Supervisory tasks
- Develops teambuilding (meetings etc.)
- Resolve Conflicts
- Act as translator between American and Hispanic work-force, if person is bi-lingual.
- Assist in hiring, filling positions.

3) Management Functions
- Ability to take over management functions as needed in sales, warehouse operations and other.
- Ability to perform sales and customer service. Directly performs customer service in the front retail station or via telecommunication devices (IP cam, phone, internet)
- Develops ideas and procedures to increase corporate sales. Works in conjunction with marketing director.
- Implements and enforces procedures that promote a healthy company.
- Actions to increase sales: promotions, special offers
