As a Sales Associate you will work with our customers to assist them in selecting high-quality wood flooring products from our wide selection of top name vendors.

Ideal candidates must:

• Perform functions to plan for, manage and control the assigned sales target goals, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.
  
  
• Perform product demonstrations as needed in order to advance sales opportunity and close business.
  
  
• Review and maintain high profile customer relationships.
  
  
• Actively sell the company’s line of products, obtain leads and close sales. Set revenue goals and create long-term purchase agreements with key accounts.
  
  
• Review and maintain relationships with national contracting groups within assigned region and assist in growing new national contract opportunities.
  
  
• Identify and report on potential opportunities to promote sales growth.
  
  
• Update database and generate reports as required.
